Your carrier rep is the best resource for tracking down orders that appear to be unscanned, lost, or delayed. If you are certain the orders have been fulfilled and shipped, please contact them.
If you have delayed orders, first check that tracking has been updated. If tracking is already loaded, then it likely isn’t showing movement. In that case, please contact the carrier immediately to ensure orders are delivered on time. Payment is withheld from any order that doesn’t show confirmed delivery.
