There are 2 ways to add tracking to your orders in the RetailCloud admin portal.
If you only have a few tracking numbers to add, search for the order and paste the tracking number into the "Tracking Number" field. Hit enter and wait for the confirmation pop-up. The carrier associated with the tracking number will appear in the "Carrier & Label" field.
If you are changing a tracking number, paste the new tracking number into the Tracking Number, as above.
If you have many orders, it is faster to upload a .csv file with all the orders and tracking numbers. To do this, go to https://admin.retailcloud.io/order/tracking and follow the instructions for uploading your file.
