How do I cancel an order?

We hope you will never need to cancel an order, but if on a rare occasion, this is necessary, orders can be canceled in the admin portal.

To cancel an order:

1. Log in to https://admin.retailcloud.io
2. Click Search then enter the UIID# and click Go
   
   
   
3. Click the red trashcan on the left side of the order
   
   
   
4. Choose the reason code for the cancellation
   
   
   
5. Enter the details for the reason
6. Submit
