Order files are sent by email Sunday through Thursday night.
You can also retrieve orders in the admin portal, through ShipStation, or by using our API. Orders that are still "cancellable" should not be fulfilled. Customers have about 2 hours to contact us if they decide to cancel their order.
To retrieve orders from the portal:
Log in to https://admin.untilgone.com
Click Fulfillments > Fulfillment Listing
From here, you can download a CSV file for orders in "Shipment Pending" status and view past orders.
