You can respond to customer support tickets one at a time through email. However, if you wish to view and respond to all your pending and open tickets at once, you can do that in Zendesk.
Go to https://support.retailcloud.io/
Click "Sign in"
Enter your customer support email address and password.
Click the drop-down arrow next to your name and click Requests.
You will see your list of tickets. Any tickets that are "Open" or "Pending" need your attention. Click on the ticket to view the conversation.
To reply to the agent, click Add to conversation.
Click Submit and the agent will receive your reply.
Please note: If you submit a ticket as "solved" we will never see your response. Submit tickets as Pending and the agent will solve the ticket when full resolution is reached with the customer.
