Your dashboard in the portal has a lot of information! You can see your revenue and top-selling products, as well as inventory updates needed, shipments that need your attention, and announcements. This is a great place to stop in to see your progress on RetailCloud. We recommend stopping by daily for a check-in!
There's a link to the shipment status report to help you check on pending or delayed shipping. Click the first "Please review and resolve ASAP" link under "Shipment Delays or Unshipped Orders!".
To quickly update the aging inventory, click the link "Please review and update ASAP" on the "Inventory Aging Alert!"
