As long as the product is in "Offered" status, you can make changes.
However, once a product listing has been finalized and is changed to any other status (Approved, Reviewed, Published), it can only be updated by the merchandising or purchasing team. For cost/pricing updates, send a message to help@retailcloud.io to be connected with a vendor support agent.
For all other updates (images, description, etc.) send a message from the product listing page. There is a Messages section where you can send a message to copywriters@retailcloud.io. The merchandising team will make the updates.
