A sync error occurs when a product is added to the admin (backend), but has not sync'ed correctly with BigCommerce (frontend). If you added a new product and it has not yet been approved, reviewed, and published, the sync error will be corrected during the copywriting process.
If you see a sync error on a product that has already gone through the copywriting process and has been published to one or more storefront(s), please send a message from the product listing "Messages" section to CopyWriters. A member of the team can work to get the listing to sync correctly to BigCommerce.
There is no need to contact us to clear a sync error before the listing has been published.
